By engaging with our services, infoproducts, or goods, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

3. Services

LeadCrafting offers personalized coaching sessions and group workshops focused on skill development in business coaching. All scheduling and session details will be confirmed via email.

4. Infoproducts

Infoproducts include digital courses, guides, and resource libraries delivered via online access. You will receive login credentials and access instructions upon completion of your registration.

5. Goods

Goods refer to any physical items purchased through our website, including printed materials and branded merchandise. Shipping and handling details will be provided at checkout.

6. Refund and Reimbursement Policy

We offer different refund options depending on the type of offering:

6.1 Coaching Services

If you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund or a credit toward a future session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once at no additional cost.

6.2 Infoproducts

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have accessed less than 20% of the content. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

6.3 Goods

If goods arrive damaged or defective, notify us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Shipping of the item back will be covered by us. Refunds will be issued within 15 business days following receipt of the item sent back.

7. Postponement Policy

Coaching sessions may be postponed up to two times at no extra charge if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. Additional changes may incur a rescheduling fee.

8. No-Refund Services

Certain premier coaching packages or customized programs require significant resource allocation and are therefore non-refundable. This will be clearly indicated prior to purchase. We encourage you to review all details before confirmation.

9. Modifications of Terms

LeadCrafting reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on leadcrafting.pro. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International organizational Centre.
